The copypasta has resurfaced en masse because of the recent "You Are My Sunshine" trend that sets a blown-out photo of the famous NBA player to an acapella version of the famous lullaby. The meme has gotten creepy too, as the dichotomy of LeBonBon and LeEvil James has spawned from the mass.
On the original video that started the "You Are My Sunshine" trend, the top comment reads a version of the copypasta which led to its usage on TikTok this week. For instance, a lot of meme creators are using AI-generated voices which recite the poem in a very "within cells" kind of way.
