Thought “scheduled maintenance” = customers were warned in advance of outages, not rudely surprised nidbrowsing. #FirstWorldProblems most assuredly, but I pay for a working service and to be notified if it won’t, especially as it was scheduled not an emergency. @comcast

@stopthecap ...and Sparklight will try to keep the caps after Comcast gets rid of them.We can revisit in a year, when incidentally cablecos will have more network headroom anyway as kids aren't on the other end of a Zoom call nearly as often.

on May 12. I called today because the account is still showing a balance. Of course, when I call, nobody seems to have any idea and transfer me from one place to another. Still... nothing gets resolved. I feel horrible for having ever recommended Comcast to my mother.
